Farm Sim 17 Transfer Money Between Saved Games Ps4

Might be easiest to just edit the save game file, that's how I plan to do it.

I.e. start a new game on the US map, then save it, exit the game and edit the money value so that I have the amount of money I have now, plus the amount of money my equipment and fields are worth.

You could edit in the equipment too, but that's more complicated, so i won't bother.

You can copy the vehicles file from your saved game to a new map saved game although some of the vehicles may end up stuck in a building or other object depending on the layout of the new map. You may want to open the new map and approximate an open location to move your vehicles to on the old map before copying the vehicles file. Copying the vehicle.xml file will bring over equipment, animals, placeable objects, bales and silage bunker levels.

As for the money, rickenbacker's answer is the best. The file is called careersavegame.xml, you can also edit the silo fill levels as well.

Well, couldnt I copy over the vehicle data, then just "reset vehicles"? Which should bring them all to the "home" spot?

I suppose you could. The only thing I don't like about this is that now everything is within a few feet of each other and disconnected, it's hard to move around when you got tons of equipment in one little area. But whatever works for you.

cant get the edit money thing to work in titanium when you edit and save then inter game you still have same amout of money shows it worked in the career selection screen but once you inter it reverts back

just use the money cheat / mod out there

money will no issue and just re buy everthing i did no big deal

Do you have the Bank of Hangenstein MOD?
That will prevent you from being able to change the funds using the game save file. Instead in the career game folder, there will be a file for the bank of hangestein. you need to edit that money value instead, using the same proccess as before with word pad or something like that. Then your funds will sho up in your, not neccesarily when your on the load game screen, but once you enter it, it will be there, and when you save then it changes the value in the savge game file.

I have this same issue. Has anyone found a fix for this besides downloading a mod? Thanks.

i am with you buddy.no idea.

I hope fund/equipment transfer is an option in FS15. If a person does the work to build up all that capitol, they should be able to carry it over to a new map if they wish.

Just make it an option so those who want to start fresh can do just that, while others who don't want to grind up to their current progress level have that option too.

You can edit the money even with Bank of Hagenstedt. Open up bankofhagenstedt.xml in your save game folder and change the money / loan / whatever. Then open up careerSavegame.xml and make the money the same. Works for me everytime.

*EDIT* Just saw p_gordon's post above. He is correct.

As far as equipment goes, I'd simply purchase the needed equipment and then set your money to whatever it is in your game via the method noted above. That would be the easiest way to transfer in my honest opinion.
